listen. my moms a dermatologist, she says that proactive is bad cause it drys out your skin. i use something called cetaphil. it works really well, its cheap, and u can get it at like walmart or target or walgreens. it works!
Are you sure its acne? Some times people can get spots on there back if they don't dry it properly. I personaly had this problem for a while as i kept missing the area in the arches of my back and as soon as i realised it was the problem and made sure i dried those areas properly the spots went away. Other wise i would advise getting a doctors advise on it just incase putting spot stuff on them irritates it.

in my opinion, regardless of her disability, this work is challenging. adding to that, her disability, i think that this line of work would be extremely difficult for her. honestly, it may be extra hard for her to get a job in the industry, unless she went into business for herself or worked for a catering company. your daughter most likely is caught up with the glamour of star chefs and the image that is portrayed on television about this line of work. have her go and work in a restaurant for a little while first. i guarantee you she will change her mind. if she is still persistent, let her go to a community college to study culinary. their programs are around $2000. Last time I checked , there is no height requirement for culinary school, and people with disabilities are quite capable of ';keeping up';.. Quite frankly, it disturbs me that you don't seem very supportive. Maybe you're being overprotective. You should encourage your daughter to do whatever makes her happy, and be XTRA proud that she doesn't let her ';handicaps'; stop her, instead of questioning her choices.
Get her a step stool and a cookbook- she'll be fine. A leg brace never slowed down Forrest Gump.
I think it would be tough but she could learn to overcome. the best thing for her would to have her own business one day so she could design her kitchen for her so things would be easily reached. I have a friend that I went to high school with that is 4'11'; and when we went to get that first job at the ice cream shop they told her they couldn't hire her because she couldn't reach many of the equipment needed to do the job and they couldn't have step stools around for other people to trip over. It was true but very unfair. She also applied for a scholarship for people under 5' when she went to collage if you haven't looked into that already you should every little bit helps. Maybe you and your daughter should visit a culinary school and talk to the facility and see what they feel is the best thing for you to do. I hope your daughter can go chase her dream and I want to see her cooking up a storm on the food network one day! Good luck!
Would it be challenging? Definitely... I went to culinary school - Le Cordon Bleu (Biggest mistake of my life!) The environment is fast paced, definitely dangerous, high stress, not to mention, all the equipment is industry standard height, so it might be a little difficult for her to adjust to the atmosphere. I'm not in the business of standing in the way of peoples dreams though, so if she really wants it, I wouldn't deny her. I would, however, recommend that you choose a community college and give your wallet a break. I am currently $60K in debt for a worthless education. My first restaurant job I was making $12 an hour working 12-16 hour days with NO overtime pay..... and this was considered a GOOD job, at a 4 star, very prestigious restaurant in Beverly Hills. Just know that its going to be very hard for her if she wants to work in the restaurant industry. Chefs are typically not very forgiving... or tactful, and they will probably see her height and brace as a hindrance.

Personally, I can foresee a lot of problems with this and I personally, would probably steer clear of a situation like this from the beginning. You have to think about the future as well as the present! Are you going to want to have and raise babies in a home breathing second hand smoke and setting that kind of example? Everyone doesn't need to have a college/university degree....but education is important and will he have enough ';smarts'; to mentally stimulate you? Chemistry is all well and good but you can't build the foundation of a relationship on chemistry!.....it will never be strong enough to withstand the problems of day to day living that every couple face. You have fun together....but there's more to life than just having fun! When the hard times come.....emotional, financial, etc......is he going to be there to weather the storm with you or will drinking be his escape from reality.


You need to write a list of the important things you want in a guy and when that list is complete, that is your standard!....your expectation! Don't settle for less than what you want and never compromise! If a guy doesn't meet your ';criteria';, pass them by! If you stick to your criteria, it will weed out a lot of guys who aren't suitable or what you're looking for. Without hiring it done, you are doing all you can. Scooping seems to be the quickest way and you don't need to empty the filter as much. My leaf net was about 18'; wide and I could do the whole bottom of the pool in an hour.
Drain most of the water, let the leaves fall, by spring you have COMPOST!

But , as a matter of fact, it's nothing new. This artist has to have something to say, I think. That's the idea.


The problem of painting through the History, has been to involve the espectator.


The railway by Manet, as an example: shows you a cloud of mist...(it's a train taht we can't see) then there's a girl showing us her back. Don't you ask what would her face be like? Of course you do.


So the idea is : the artist wants to tell us something , try to challenge us, try to catch our eyes.
It's okay for a hobbyist. The landscapes and still lives are not all that original. Actually, I think the most interesting thing is the portraits. They are not super photorealistic, and they don't need to be. The portrait of the boy takes more chances than any of the others, I think. The flattening of the shapes takes the piece to a new level that is not seen in the others.





My advice would be to not concentrate on mimicking reality so much, because you're not pulling it off. If you want to make a realistic painting, you need to 'nail it' or else it will seem imperfect. So push the envelope and experiment with flatter, more graphic depictions of people and things. You might find it suits your hand better. Good luck!

Yes it does.





As long the machine is not broken it moves the way it is supposed to move on its hinges. But if you're looking to lose fat by exercising on it, it is def. not the most efficient way to do that. Spot reduction is not possible. Ab exercises will increase the muscle size and endurance around the abs, but will do nothing to remove the fat around the area

A, B, AB and O are blood types. Blood types are determined by antigens which are like receptors on your red blood cells. So..





A blood type - has ';A'; antigens


B blood type - has ';B'; antigens

To preserve life one makes antibodies to foreign bodies and not to self. So if your blood type is an ';A'; you will not make an ';A'; antibody because it would be bad for your survival but you will make antibodies to what you don't have.

I agree that it's -x^4 because (-x)^2 means -x times -x which is positive x^2.

Well, if its a job interview you should just wear the flip flops without the toe socks even though there toe socks they just dont look that great together. Make sure your tunic isnt too sparkly. I think it would look good if you got rid of the socks and also the tunic because it wouldnt go well with capris. wear a cute top thats not too flashy but not too boaring.

try like not wearing jeans and opt for like cloth trousers(i kno its summer) the trousers should be like tan or white


if the pants are white then wear like a yellow, black, magenta, or a like pastely colored top

No toe socks ever. They are so bad. They will make you look like a child and they won't think you are serious for this job interview.





Capris are ok but choose a closed toe flat and not a sparkly top. Somethins simple.

I guess it may depend a little on what type of job you're interviewing for, but that sounds pretty casual. I would probably go for more professional dress - it might make a better first impression. Either way though, definitely no toe socks.

Well, it depends are you interviewing for a position as a circus clown? If so then that outfit will be perfect! If not then I would suggest a nice pant suit with a button down shirt and a nice pair of heels. Good Luck.

You need to realize that the insurance notes will be as much as the car note, or almost as much. figure that in also.

I will be a new homeowner soon and I am trying to figure out what to do. Here's the scenario; if I am approved for $90,000 and seller decides to sell the home for $70,000, am I allowed to use some of the additional money from the loan for home repairs and improvements?How does this work?
In the conventional market you get a loan based upon the lower of the appraised value or the purchase price. The value of the property is the security for the loan. Your approval is just that: an approval for an amount of money. If the price is less, you get a lower loan amount. You can't get a 1st mtg for more than the value (or purchase price) of the home. It is only worth $70K. What secures the other $20K?





If you have some equity in the home you can get a 2nd mtg. Some of these 2nd's will go up to 125% of the value of your home. I would strongly urge you NOT to get this type of ';upsidedown'; loan. Tax wise, you can only deduct interest for up to 100% of the value of your home. Look into all the details of loans and ask questions if you are uncertain of things.How does this work?
Probably not, unless you can somehow convince the lender that you are going to guarantee that these funds are used for that purpose. Lenders are not thrilled about providing funds in excess of purchase price.

Thinking hit the nail on the head and he gets a thumbs up for that. I would just add that there are programs for home improvement/purchase such as HUD 203(k). These are specific products for specific situations. If the home you are purchasing needs repairs, not just things you would like to do, you may be able to do such a loan. It doesn't sound like that is the situation you are in but others who are in that situation may read this.





Your other option is to ask the seller to do the repairs and raise the purchase price. As long as the appraisal comes back for enough, the bank will not bat an eye at that.

Most mortgage lenders will not finance more than 90% of the value of the home. So it depends on what the apraised value of the home you are purchasing is. If it is more than 70k you might be able to borrow some extra, it all really depends on the apraised value of the home.
