I need to lost weight by September 29,will this plan work?

Okay,so I need to lose ten-fifteen pounds by September 29.So I'm in cross country,where we'll be doing a lot of running and lifting weights.I'm also trying to drink a lot of water and is giving up on soda and sweets,will this even do anything?I need to fit into a dress by September 29 and be more attractive....I need to lost weight by September 29,will this plan work?
Cross country burns a ton of calories (i know i did it), so if you can just keep your diet reasonable, you should drop at least 10, maybe more.I need to lost weight by September 29,will this plan work?
