you have to do a little more cardio (exercise that raises your heart rate and makes you sweat)- you can walk in fast pace for 45min 4-6 times a week, but running, cycling, jogging etc are more effective
sit ups wont make you lose weight because they dont burn fat - they build muscle so you will gain a few inches in abdomen
crunches are better to tone abs - do 15 reps 2-3 sets (one set is not as effective)
eat healthy and dont deprive yourself - which always leads to pitfalls.Will this work out schedule work out good enough to loose weight?
Its all about the calories you take in and the calories you burn. It looks ok as a start but you need to make sure you are exercising for at least 45 minutes to an hour each day. Yes, but would make these changes:
a) fast walk, not just leisurely pace (was not sure what you meant by walk/fast walk)
b) forget the sit-ups. Just crunches are ok. Start with 40 and over time, you will be able to do more and more
yeah but what i do is every week i increase a little so like next week walk for an hour do 30 situps and 30 crunches and then cut down on how much you eat
u should add push ups to increase upper body strength
and do it constantly
dont stop along the way
