I heard that the ab-lounge actually works. is this true?can anyone give me another machine that actually works

I'm sure it does work if you use it consistently. Anything, will. However, if you want a cheap effective way of achieving the same motion and extension of the muscles, try a regular Exercise Ball. If you get one large enough, you can position yourself so that you reach the desired ';beyond 180 degree'; mark and get the same results. I found one of those balls at Ross for $6.99.I heard that the ab-lounge actually works. is this true?can anyone give me another machine that actually works
anything works as long as you are consistantly using it for excercise instead of a coat rack. i saw an infomercial for an interesting looking similar device called the abdoer. check that out too..

good luckI heard that the ab-lounge actually works. is this true?can anyone give me another machine that actually works
Yes it does.

As long the machine is not broken it moves the way it is supposed to move on its hinges. But if you're looking to lose fat by exercising on it, it is def. not the most efficient way to do that. Spot reduction is not possible. Ab exercises will increase the muscle size and endurance around the abs, but will do nothing to remove the fat around the area
