Is this workout schedule work with 6meals a day?

I would like to know if this workout schedule will work with 6 meals a day. On one day I do weight lifting, curls, Dips, cardio on the tredmill, and pushups the next day (day 2) I do abs then the next I start with day one then day two again. Should I take a day break without working out? Please answer ASAP, thanks, JJIs this workout schedule work with 6meals a day?
I live in Florida. On the coast we have some of the most beautiful homes that are on stilts so that during a tidal surge the water will go under the home and not do damage. I think most people understand what I am saying. With that being said you will look like a beach house with that workout.


Nowhere did you mention you are doing lower body workouts. You will be all upper body and have skinny little legs.


You need to change your workout to a more complete overall body workout. By doing so you will achieve greater success in the long run. If yu do not your body will not be symmetrical, not grow as effeciently, and you will open yourself up for more injuries due to muscle imbalances.


Eating 6 meals a day is a great way to ramp up your metabolism to burn fat.


I would not workout more than 5 days a week. Furthermore, studies have proven that you need to only work a muscle group one time per week for it to get the greatest benefit.Is this workout schedule work with 6meals a day?

actually, what you should be doing in the first place is alternating. one day work your arms, back, and chest... and the next work your abs (core) and legs. that ways you give your body time to rest. and take at least one day a week and don't do any workouts. it's just as important for your body to repair itself as it is to work out.
