i like this guy at my job.we started to have nice conversations at work, then one day he invited me to one of his motorcycle races.i went, but shyed away from flirting because i feel he likes me more than a friend but i want to be sure.i've brought him cookies to work twice,is this a good way to let him know i like him?what signs should i look for to know if he likes me.what do guys do to let you know?please help!I like this guy that works with me.how do i show him i want to be more than friends?
Guys don't do well with hints...subtle hints, strong hints, obvious hints; they don't work because we are sometimes oblivious and sometimes doubt of a woman's intentions cause male pride to play it safe. Ask him something like, ';Guy at work, why have you never asked me out on a real date...just the two of us?';

If you all don't work in jobs that cross paths but he keeps appearing for this or that ';work'; related reason, chances are he shares your feelings. Well, you are showing signs that you like him. However, many guys are oblivious to these things. You should hint it to him that you want to be more than just friends. Perhaps ask him what he's doing Friday night and ask him on a date. Sometimes you need to make the first move.
listen to the way he talks to you and smiles at you and does he flirt ? if so flirt back then see about asking him out for dinner or movie .
I guess you can start by talking on the phone or hanging out.
