Does exfoliation like that actually get rid of stretch marks? Does it reduce the appearance? Or does it actually make them go away?

At the most it feels really good if you have some one else exfoliate for you. Exfoliation makes your skin smother and brighter, You won't see a great difference when it comes to stretch marks. And they certainly won't go away. try Palmer coco butter concentrate in a jar.Does this really work for stretch marks?
