If you are allergic to everything - will this work?

is it ok if you don't use any moisturizer at all but use vitamin E pills instead or eat coconut bzutter/oil instead? i think this is not enough though? thanx ps) i have dry sensitive skin but i am allergic to vegetable as well as nut oils applied on my face.If you are allergic to everything - will this work?
without your being aware of it, you may be toxic or may lack the enzymes to help you digest properly. Your diet before may not be as healthy as it should be. You may be conscious of it now but as you were growing up, your parents probably didn't know any better.
