Can a marriage work if two married people have non-penetrative sex under age 25 constantly, if they don't ever in their life want children?

Well the answer is yes, it can work. If that is what they both agree to then it can work. Marriage isn't about sex - but it's fun.Can this work when it comes to marriage and making love?
The whole purpose of getting married is to legalize the sex in man and in God's eyes. If you are not going to be having sex or making babies, then why are you getting married? You should be opening a taco stand or a hair salon together not getting married.
Why not just use contraception? Duh!
Excuse me sir, but what is ';non-penetrative sex';? Does this mean that you just enter, but don't break the hymen? You know, those little sperm are quite sturdy, and good swimmers. Like salmon swimming upstream, although many die, we still enjoy quite a few salmon steak from those that make it, exhaustedly, up the river. Some of those little sperm might be just as persistent, and get released with pre-orgasmic semen, and swim up that canal and find the little egg to fertilize.
Why not im pretty sure theres no laws that says you have to insert your penis into your wife (or husband) and if you dont have kids your marriage its void.
