I would give it back but do it anonymously, even thought the kid might be annoying, he obviously isn't so annoying that you don't care that he gets a F. Plus that grade may be the difference between A and B or C and D and it would suck for someone to do bad in a class because someone stole their work. Just leave on his desk before he gets there or on the teachers desk when no ones looking. I stole this kids work and feel guilty?
