Does anyone know if this diet really works????

IF YOU DO IT RIGHT you lose ten puonds. It really does suck, I'd know, but it does work. The only thing is that you CANT cheat. What it is is a chemical breakdown that works to make you lose weight. Its 3 days of straight crap but if you want to lose weight bad enough...it's up to you.


Here it is:








3 day diet





Day one breakfast:


Coffee or tea (no cream or sugar)


陆 grapefruit or juice


1 slice toast


1 tablespoon peanut butter





Day one lunch:


陆 cup tuna


1 slice toast


Coffee or toast





Day one dinner:


3 oz lean meat


1 cup string beans


1 cup carrots


1 small apple


1 cup vanilla ice cream


1 glass water





Day two breakfast:


Coffee or tea


1 egg


1 slice toast


陆 banana





Day two lunch:


1 cup cottage cheese or tuna


5 saltine crackers


Coffee or tea





Day two dinner:


2 hotdogs (no bread or condiments)


1 cup cabbage or broccoli


陆 cup carrots or turnups


陆 banana


陆 cup vanilla ice cream


1 glass water





Day three breakfast:


1 cup coffee or tea


5 saltine crackers


1 slice chedder cheese


1 small apple





Day three lunch:


1 cup coffee or tea


1 hard boiled egg


1 slice toast





Day three dinner:


1 cup tuna


1 cup carrots or beets


1 cup cauliflower or greens


1 cup cantalope


陆 cup vanilla ice cream


1 glass water














USE EXACT MEASURMENTS, DO NOT VARY, ALSO, EAT NOTHING BETWEEN MEALS AND EAT DINNER NO LATER THAN 6:00 PMDoes anyone know if this diet really works????
This looks like it would work. Not because it is a chemical diet, but because it has few calories. I worked it out to about 1200 calories.
