I'm 15 and 140 pounds.
Me and my sister just started to go to the gym, we go 3-4 times a week for about an hour. I do carido for 30 minutes each.
Will i lose alot of weight before summer if i also eat right, and will i look tighter and toner?

I think u r too young to join gym...................just eat less and excersice more.......................
