i kiss my boyfriend all the time, and both of us have braces!! we got them on the same day together thought so...but....and none of the times we kissed....has anything wrong happened....
once with my best friend though and her boyfriend(both have/had braces) were kissing, and toung got pinched by his bracket...but that was all....so it just caused a little bump on her tounge(from the pinch) but that was all so....
