The pump 4 my screen wash on my 03Citroen picasso works when it wants,had this problem since i got it,.help?

Could either be the washer pump itself, the switch or dodgy wiring. Can you hear the pump operating when no water is appearing? If you can reach it, remove the electric plug from the pump and get someone to operate the switch, take a test lamp and probe the terminals, if there is current there its the pump, if not, most likely the switch, if neither of the two hopefully its a brocken wire cause you dont want it to be a fault in the fuseboards!!The pump 4 my screen wash on my 03Citroen picasso works when it wants,had this problem since i got it,.help?
Typical french take it to a decent garage ask them to sort it. this will save you paying a dealership their hourly expensive rate. In a decent garage you will get maybe 2hr diagnostic time for the price of 1hr at a dealership. Sounds like a loose connector plug tho.
